2021 Hands & Harvest Participant & Sponsor Application

Location

The annual Hands & Harvest Festival is held throughout Highland County during the second weekend in October.  The Chamber is excited to welcome visitors back who are ready to travel after over a year of having events cancelled.  Our 2021 festival plans a full return to in-person activities all three days, including live entertainment, vendors on the courthouse lawn, art demonstrations, historic walking tours, a showing of the 1921 classic silent film Tol’able David that was filmed in Highland County, and more!  The Highland County Chamber of Commerce will be following current recommended CDC and VDH guidelines regarding COVID-19.


We want your business, organization, or event to be an official part of the Hands & Harvest Festival as a participant or sponsor to help you grow!  If you’re open on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday of October 8th – 10th, please choose your level of participation and fill out the information to proceed.  The sooner you fill out the information, the sooner your listing will get on our website for more exposure!  Please email any questions to Chamber Executive Director Chris Swecker at director@highlandcounty.org.  Please stay updated with the festival at www.highlandcounty.org/hands-harvest-festival/.

To be placed on the 4 x 11 foot Hands & Harvest Banner for Gold Sponsorship:  9 am on August 23, 2021

To be placed on the Hands & Harvest Map: 9 am on September 13, 2021


To apply for the Hands & Harvest Festival:

  • Please provide all requested information on the application.
  • Please fully read the Rules of Participation and acknowledge your approval at the end of the form.
  • Please enclose a check or money order payable to the Highland County Chamber of Commerce.  Online payments can be made by request.  *There will be a $25.00 service fee for any returned checks.
