Seybert Chapel Church on Strait Creek will celebrate its 140th anniversary on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at 11 am.

Please join us at 1824 Strait Creek Road for an old-time worship service and history of the church. The service will be led by Rev. Galen Hahn, with music by Lori Botkin.

Federal troops would have walked by the original log church on this location leaving McDowell during the Civil War.
