The Highland County Humane Society presents Valentine Pet Photos! Bring your pet for a lovely Valentine's photo at The Recorder Office at 108 W. Main Street in Monterey, Virginia between 10 am and 2 pm!

$25 donation (cash, check, Venmo or Paypal) includes digital photos (sent via email). Please make an appointment with Tammy Minnigh at 540-396-3418 or recordertammy1@gmail.com.
